Western offer a student-run IT help desk

Western Technical College computer support specialist students will offer technology support for the community from March 12th to April 12th. Services will be available virtually or in person in Room 219 of the Business Education Center, 744 Badger St., La Crosse.

Support will work from 13:00 to 16:00 on Tuesdays and from 9:00 to 16:00 on Fridays. Students can help with computer software training, hardware support and general troubleshooting. The Help Desk is part of Western’s Community Engagement program, which takes credit courses and uses them to address community needs.

Arrivals and appointments are welcome. Community members can park for free in the west parking lot H or in the visitor parking spaces during help desk hours. To submit a question or contact the Help Desk, please email [email protected] or call 608.785.9900.
