BRUSSELS, February 22, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK), the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, today announced that Matheus Bulho has been named Senior Vice President, Software & Control, effective April 1st. He will report to Rockwell’s President and Chief Executive Officer Blake Moret.
In this role, Bulho will lead the operational segment, which includes control and visualization software and hardware, information software, and network and security infrastructure. Bulho succeeds Brian Shepherdwho is leaving Rockwell in June to pursue other interests.

Bulho was recently vice president and general manager of the business unit for production automation in the software and management segment. His focus was on aligning Rockwell’s product development and product management teams with company strategy and driving value to the system offering at every stage of the customer journey.
Bulho has more than 20 years of experience at Rockwell with previous roles in business management and technical and sales positions across multiple companies and regions. He started his career with Rockwell in the technical support group at Brazil. He progressed to Field Service Engineer, Sales Engineer and various business unit functions including Product Manager, Business Manager, Business Director and Vice President roles.
Bulho has an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from UNESP Brazil.
