David Horton has three decades of experience in leadership positions in management, product strategy and technology. David is successful in driving the growth of both established and fast-growing technology companies in the aerospace, defense and satellite industries. Most recently, David led the product solutions marketing strategy for ALL.SPACE, a leading UK-based satellite terminal innovator. Prior to ALL.SPACE, he served as VP of Sales and Business Development for mmTron, a leading supplier of innovative millimeter wave linear broadband products. He also co-founded and served as CEO of NXT Communications Corporation (NXTCOMM). This company for mobile broadband antennas was declared the innovative company of the year for 2021 by the Technological Association Georgia. David is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve.

Eddy Martinez has 30 years of experience in promoting and realizing the business benefits of technology. He has a strong entrepreneurial streak and experience in bringing new products to market. Eddy provided management consulting, business development, investment consulting and technology solutions to his clients while serving as Managing Partner at Digital Era Partners. He has been responsible for due diligence, project management and annual capital expenditure for numerous high value projects over the years. A leader with strong influence, communication and relationship skills, he is tasked with leading large teams through major change initiatives.
