ASSEMBLY

  1. After you purchase the app from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the zip file of the module.
  2. Unzip the file on your system after the download is complete. As a result you will be able to see a folder named- ‘sentiment_analysis’ (you can get the technical nem from the respective module’s odoo application).
  3. Copy and paste this folder inside the Odoo plugins path.
  4. Now open the Odoo application and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
  5. Then open the Applications menu and click on “Update module list”.
  6. In the search bar, remove all filters and search for “sentiment_analysis”.
  7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

  1. To enable sentiment analysis in your Odoo sentiment analysis, you first need to get started Developer mode and then open technical setting.

  1. Under Technical Settings > AI Server Configuration > New, you can connect the necessary ones with the help of the following steps Model type and server for text analysis.

  1. Now open Technical Settings > Sentiment Analysis > Sentiment Rules.

  1. By clicking on “NEW” the Admin can create new Sentiment Rules and also modify predefined rules by clicking on them.

  1. In Sentiment Rules, the admin must provide a title for the rule and also set a conditional sentiment score to classify messages as negative or positive.

You need to select “Notification Type” and “Email Template”. Also, you must mention the names of the concerned persons in “Notified To”.

  1. After clicking on “Email Template” as shown in the image above, the administrator can easily change the email template according to their needs.

  1. Under the chatter of any tasks related to projects, gamification, discussion, etc., you can analyze your internal communication and get a mood score for each comment.

  1. The admin can also analyze the customer reviews as negative or positive on the front of the website and also change the visibility of the comments.
    • (a) When any user of the portal leaves a negative comment on the product.

8(b) Then the administrator can hide the negative comment from the product page. In this situation, negative comments will only be shown to the administrator and the portal user who commented.

8(c) Other users of the portal will be able to see only positive comments.

  1. To hide negative comments from the Odoo backend, Open Technical setting > Message > Open the message you want to hide > enable “Just an employee” option.

  1. The Administrator and Followers will be notified by email in accordance with their self-defined sentiment rules Step 5.
