Celebrate your day with the Odoo Celebration TV app!

The Odoo Celebration TV app module turns Android TV into a center of joy and recognition for the organization. This module helps showcase the many milestones to remember and celebrate on Android TV.

You can receive updates about events that will take place in the coming days or events that are happening on the same day.

The notifications section will show events or tournaments held some time ago and achievements in that tournament.

It will show birthdays and work anniversaries. This will help in building culture and getting to know each other better.

Prerequisites for using the Odoo Celebration TV application

You need to install this module first for the Odoo Celebration TV application to work.

ASSEMBLY

After you purchase the app from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the zip file of the module.
Unzip the file on your system after the download is complete. As a result you will be able to see a folder named- ‘celebration_tv_app’
Copy and paste this folder inside the Odoo plugins path.
Now open the Odoo application and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
Then open the Applications menu and click on “Update module list”.
In the search bar, remove all filters and search for ‘celebration_tv_app’
You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

CONFIGURATION

To use this module, first install “Odoo Celebration Board” in your Odoo applications.

To connect your TV with Odoo, open Developer Mode, go to “Technical Settings” then find System Parameters in the Parameters section and click on them.

Now open “wk_tv_app.access_token”.

Then a key and value are generated, with the help of this key and value you can connect your TV to Odoo.

AFTER CONFIGURATION

After installation, open the “TV App” module and here you can create or modify celebrations for birthdays, work anniversaries, wedding anniversaries, anniversaries, etc. Under the “Celebrations” tab.

Admin can create new celebrations by clicking “New” and entering details like celebration type, employee name, template, start date and end date and upload caption.

After publication, the created celebration will be displayed on our Android TV.

After installation, open the “TV App” module and here you can create or modify Notifications for upcoming events, guidelines, achievements, board meetings, etc. Under the “Notifications” tab.
