Have you ever switched to a new Android device or reinstalled an app, only to realize that your previously purchased apps and in-app items are missing?

Run it first Google Play Store on your Android device. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Google Account you used to make those purchases.

Touch profile icon located in the upper right corner of the Play Store screen.

Confirm to use same profile linked to your past purchases.

Look for the highlighted option Application and device management (exact text may vary slightly).

Touch it continue.

Within “Govern” section, find the category that says “Installed.”

Now choose “Not installed” to view a list of apps that are not currently installed on your Android device.

Browse list of applications. Check it out boxes next to the apps you want to restore.

Once you’ve made your selection, tap download button to begin the reinstallation process.

Most in-app purchases that you have made within the applications will automatically reinstall together with the application itself. However, please note that it may take several minutes after installing the application for the in-app states to appear.
