Have you or your child accidentally subscribed to an app? Or maybe you didn’t unsubscribe from an unwanted app because you thought it would be too complicated.
Here’s the good news: it’s easier to do than you think.
This works for iPhone, iPad, and Mac with apps that have recurring fees, like language learning apps or Apple Music or Apple TV+ subscriptions.
It does not apply to one-time or in-app purchases or services such as your Netflix subscription.

Where are my subscriptions on iPhone, iPad?
To find subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the settings.
- Tap your name at the top of the list.
- Tap Subscriptions.
This will display a list of active and inactive subscriptions on your device that were purchased from Apple or through an app from the App Store.
To cancel your subscription on your iPhone:
- Tap an active subscription.
- Tap Unsubscribe.
- Confirm cancellation.
Cancel your subscription on Mac
You can also find and cancel subscriptions on your Mac.
For applications on your computer:
- Go to your account settings in the App Store.
- Find subscriptions.
- Click Manage.
- Tap Edit next to the subscription.
- Click Unsubscribe.
In some cases, the subscription will not end immediately. Instead, it will end when the subscription period you paid for ends.
