A code-free workflow automation platform Creatively has announced the release of Creatio Copilot, a new platform feature that enables users to embed generative artificial intelligence into their Creatio applications and workflows. It is available on the entire Creatio platform.
“With Copilot, we’ve brought all artificial intelligence together in one place,” said Andie Dovgan, director of growth at Creatio. We have the ability to configure all kinds of different AI use cases and bring them into applications and all kinds of different things that you do with the Creatio platform.”

Creatio Copilot comes with Copilot Studio, an area that includes a number of pre-built automations, such as knowledge base assistants, meeting scheduling and contract renewal reminders. Pre-built automations can be further customized to better suit specific user needs, or Copilot Studio can also be used to create entirely new automations.
“So within our Gen AI integration concept, we’re fully utilizing the no-code idea,” Dovgan explained. “We allow the end user to configure use cases for Gen AI much like we allow them to configure anything else on our platform. So it’s not just that we’ve developed a lot of different use cases and we’re kind of sprinkling them across our application as a platform; we’ve created a toolkit that gives the end user the ability to go into that scenario, change the prompt and additional action items, go into the advanced settings and really tweak and customize it to meet their specific requirements.”
Pre-built automations are mainly designed for developers, sales professionals, marketers and customer service agents, although anyone can create their own automations to suit different needs.
Developers can use generative AI capabilities to describe the type of app they want to create and then allow it to generate UX components. They can then go in and add the specific capabilities they want for their app.
For sales, Creatio Copilot can be used for things like identifying and scoring engaged customers, generating conversation summaries, and getting prompts for the next action to take.
It can help marketers design optimized campaign flows, select the most responsive audiences for campaigns, and prepare communication templates.
And for customer service agents, Creatio Copilot can analyze customer emails, determine the urgency and category of cases, and suggest the most qualified agent to assign a ticket to.
“We’re combining no-code and Gen AI, and we’re giving an incredible set of opportunities for non-technical people to build those use cases on the fly,” Dovgan said. “Then we will also provide a rich set of out-of-the-box and Gen AI use cases through Copilot for sales, marketing, customer service and supported development.”
