(NASDAQ: AGYS), a leading global provider of hospitality software solutions and services, announced that it has successfully implemented multiple state-of-the-art hospitality solutions on a single cloud-based platform to optimize operations at Mohegan INSPIRE Entertainment Resort, South Korea’s largest tourism destination.
Agilysys’ multiple hospitality technology solutions designed to work together to deliver operational efficiency and analytical insights will drive improved revenue opportunities and enable superior experiences for staff and guests, all with the scale and flexibility needed to serve an expansive and diverse entertainment-integrated resort. Agilysys’ PMS and POS solutions began supporting the facility’s hotel and food and beverage operations in December 2023 and expanded to support both gaming and non-gaming customers when the facility’s casino opened on February 3. Agilysys’ ‘serious services’ implementation experts worked alongside the INSPIRE team to configure and deploy these solutions to meet the exacting standards required to support this next-generation resort.
With Agilysys PMS and Agilysys POS, Agilysys solutions for reservations, restaurant reservations, service management, mobile food and beverage ordering and document capture are active. Agilysys solutions for mobile check-in and check-out and loyalty and promotion management are soon in the process of being implemented.
