PrestaShop Mirakl connector

The PrestaShop Mirakl Connector makes it easy for you to establish synchronization between the PrestaShop store and Mirakl. Synchronize products and orders from Mirakl to prestaShop. Automatically import new products or update imported products to PrestaShop via cron.

• Synchronize products from Mirakl to PrestaShop.
• Importing orders from Mirakl to PrestaShop.
• Import orders from Mirakl to PrestaShop according to “Date from” and order status.
• Choose the default shipping and payment method for orders imported from Mirakl to PrestaShop.
• Map Mirakl order status to PrestaShop order status.
• Choose to keep the status of the imported product online or offline.
• Ability to import image during product import.
• Automatically import products or update imported products via cron.
• Configure the number of products you can import at once via cron.
• Select the default category and associated categories for imported products.
• Select the default customer group for customers to be imported into PrestaShop during order import.

• First, go to the module manager in the back office and click ‘upload a module’.
• After that, drag and drop the module file or select a file from the system.
• In this way, the installation of the module will be successful.

After successful installation of the module, the administrator needs to configure it.

API configuration

Under the API configuration, the administrator needs to specify some credentials that are required to integrate the PrestaShop store into Mirakl. The administrator needs to specify the seller’s company ID, client ID and client secret that he got from his Mirakl account.

How to get API keys

To get the necessary keys, you must log in to your Mirakl account.

Once you’ve created an account, click on “API Integrations” under settings.

Now click the “Create API Integration” button.

Enter the name of the API integration in the pop-up window. After entering the name, click the Create button.

If an administrator has not saved a client secret, they can reset it on the API integration information page.

Order settings

Under the order settings, the administrator can:

• Configure the default shipping and payment method for orders imported from Mirakl to PrestaShop.
• Select the PrestaShop order status that you want to map with the Mirakl order status.

Product settings

Under product settings, an administrator can:

• Choose to keep the status of the imported product online or offline.
• Configure the default category and related categories for products imported from Mirakla to PrestaShop.
• Choose to import an image during product import.
• Map a GTIN to a UPC, EAN, ISBN, or MPN.

User settings

When importing orders from Mirakla to PrestaShop, customers are also imported. Under user settings, admin can select default customer group for customers.

Cron settings

Imported product

Enable the option to automatically import products from Mirakla to PrestaShop according to the product settings.

Choose your action

The administrator can choose the following:

• Update only imported products to PrestaShop.
• Update the imported products on PrestaShop and if the product is not available, a new product will be created on PrestaShop.
• Importing only new products to PrestaShop.

Number of days

In this field, the administrator should set the number of days during which the imported products will not be updated. Let’s assume that the administrator imported products from Amazon into PrestaShop on 01.01.2024. and placed 2 in this field.

If cron is started on 02/01/2024, the imported products will not be updated. After two days, the imported products will be updated.

Product number

This option allows the administrator to set the number of products that can be imported via cron at once.

Import order

Enable the option of automatic import of orders from Mirakla to PrestaShop according to the order settings.

Select order status

Orders with the selected Mirakl status will be imported from Mirakl to PrestaShop.

Under the Products tab, the administrator can import products from Mirakl into PrestaShop.

Click the “Import Products” button.

Now click the “Import Now” button.

Click the “Import orders” button to import orders from Mirakl to PrestaShop.

The administrator can import orders from Mirakl into PrestaShop according to the date and status of the order.

Updated Miracle from date

Here the administrator should select the data from which he wants to import orders. Suppose the administrator selects 1/3/2024 and today is 10/3/2024. Now all orders received between March 1 and March 10 will be imported from Mirakla to PrestaShop.

Select order status

Orders whose status is selected by the administrator in this field will be imported from Mirakl to PrestaShop.

Customers

When importing orders, customer data is also imported. The administrator can see the list of customers under this tab.
